- Any developer who wants as a urgent NEED up to INR 25Cr or USD 4 Million (Project financing) against project/land at 15-18% pa interest – A must condition in this scenario is that project owner must have delivered at least 2 projects.
- Any good land at a good location with Land Owners, CGR-MINDS help them to get a Real Estate brands and investment under JV, JD and Complete Project Management Consulting.
- Project Financing to any good project, which is being conceived by developer/builder
- CGR-MINDS can instrument NBFC and Banking institution for buying out of the ready flats at 75% of today’s value, with an option to buy back by builder(if builder desires) at 75% of then market price after 2 years or so. (builder should be reputed, and project completed 75%+)
